Through this product, our intention is to be an active partner in the management of your company's supply/delivery chain. Through domestic factoring, we could look at financing your receivables from your buyers. Additionally we also undertake to finance your vendor/supplier payments. Receivables Finance can be structured with on a With Recourse Basis (where we would be setting up lines on your company) or on a Without Recourse Basis. Payments of all your service and utility bills could be done through our Vendor Finance product. These could include for example, courier payments, electricity bills payments. Through this mechanism we will pay out your service provider on the due date of the invoice/bill and collect the money from you after a pre-determined credit period.
Key Role: Allocation officer.

Work Handled


• Cheques to be entered in the system & depositing the same according to the cheque date as per the cut-off timings for MICR & High Value clearing respectively.
• Sending MRV, PCM and MISCIN cheques (Outstation Cheques) to their respective payee locations.
• Ensuring that all cheques are banked as per their respective cheque dates captured in the system (FACT) & if not banked, then appropriate reason to be entered in the system file.
• Cheque deposition details to be provided to the customers and Collection team as and when required.
• To update returned cheques received in the system and send the same back to the client or MIS team as required.
• Follow up with branches, PCM department in case of cheque/s not banked or delay in banking of a particular cheque/s.
• Cheques to be kept in the Fire Proof roneo at the end of day and ensure safety of the same.
• Answering customer queries relating to cheque deposition.


• Reconciliation of Suspense Accounts for the previous day.
• Maintaining a record of all the credits received in the Suspense Account throughout the day.
• Ensuring error free allocation of the credits received against the invoices to the respective client accounts on the system, as per the details received from the clients.
• To ensure all the credits are allocated on the same day.
• Follow up is done for the invoice details not received for a particular credit, with the telecaller.
• Ensure respective customer accounts are debited on due dates where debit authority letter is in place.
• Ensure unallocated amounts are reversed within the given TAT.
• Daily monitoring of unallocated items and following up for the same for acquiring the details.
• Unallocated report to be printed and filed with detailed narration on daily basis.
• To provide debit and allocation details to the corporate client as and when required.
• Retain and File all vouchers and debit instructions.
• Uploading a dump of all the credits received for the current day and cross verifying as to whether all the credits have been allocated by end of day.
• Optimum utilization of values acquired from training in day to day work relating to ALLOCATIONS.
• To increase quantity and quality of work by adopting values acquired from training.
