Hi,

I worked with Mphasis for 3+ years and left 1 year back. As per them our PF was deposited "BANGALORE, KARNATAKA".

Now I want to withdraw My PF amount. Before that I want to know my PF balance (Mphasis is not replying for my queries). Hence I tried with URL http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html

My PF No format is KN/#####/#####

I tried following combinations in above URL:

1. [BN][BAN][#####][ ][#####]
2. [BN][BAN][#####][KN][#####]

On "Submit" I receive following errors, respectively:

1. STATUS for Member ID: BG/BNG/#####//####
Invalid member_Id / Data not updated against this BG/BNG/#####//####

2. STATUS for Member ID: BG/BNG/#####/KN/####
Invalid member_Id / Data not updated against this BG/BNG/#####/KN/####

I quit my first company in 2009 and I claimed for PF transfer...before the PF transfer completing I quit the second company in 2010 and submitted for PF transfer...currently I am in my third company. Till now my PF transfer not happened… when I send mail to the company I am not getting any response…currently I don’t know how to proceed.. can you please advice…what can I do to get my amount transferred.

First company --> Hexaware --> Pf account no --> MH/42123/10434
Second company --> AIG system solution --> PF account no --> TN/50540/

i worked in insurance broking co around 1 yr 7months,from that now its one over, now i want to claim my epf, definitly i know my employer wont give the authorisation from their side, but in epf website i checked other than employer we can take a authorise from gazatted officer or notary public, but the same i enquired in pf office, they are not accepting the same, so in this case what shall i do now, and tel me how long they will take settle the claim amount.

Sir/Medam, I worked in for a Public Limited company for 2 and half years and left the company on abroad assignment during 1998. I requested my organization to help on withdrawing my PF, but they dragged for long and finally the organization got closed. I requested by letter but didn't get any response. Now I forget my PF account number also. What is the process to claim my PF amounts. Is it possible? Your help is very much appreciated.

I have submitted my PF transfer and claim forms through the employer by January 2010. After that 2 times it was returned due various reasons which is not to be accepted any body else. Because Before first submission it was discussed with PRO/EPFO,Chennai. After the return of forms it was discussed with PRO and re-submitted. Still the claim is not settled. Immediately I need know when the claim will be settled? and what is my account balance till today?.

I received a letter dated22/310. on 2/4/10.from EPF officeMUMBAI 11 REGION bearing letter no.MH/Pension Preaudit/vashi/4212712652 the form 10D forwarded by your office is not attested by A.C(pensions) the file is again re forwarded. Kindly do the needful and settle my accout immediatly.

I worked in a private organisation for 4 year and resigned in 2009. In 2009 Nov 23rd, pf office chennai has been sent my pf amount to State bank of India , Dawaleswaram but it is not credited into my account. Bank manager told that DD has gone back to pf office.
