all the o/l letter probably same it is nothing more cut copy paste and it will hardly take 3-2 days and they are just change name, state, posting
place and other thing remaining same as it past candidate. we don't understand what is in process because they took almost 1 month and 15 days. what they require another time...?

I got your id from IDBI AM community from facebook,i wanted to have your experiences before taking a final call on joining as i currently work in a MNC IT company and i have been working here past 1.5 years,they pay me to the tune of 30k.i would really appreciate if you can respond to my below mentioned question:

1.What is the inhand salary and what other benifits are offered by IDBI.
2.Is it true that whoever joins has to do sales n marketing all through
3.How is the workculture
4.Are targets impossible to chase
5.Last n most importantly do you feel i should leave my current job n join IDBI

There are much better ways to find about ur 'Medically Unfit' report and ways to accomodate you in bank..

My suggestion would be to first call HR or write Email and talk with them about there next course of action..

note- Find HR no. in this forum itself..

Guys, I ve been found medically not fit though i did'nt have any medical history.My height is 5'11 and weight 75 kg.I ve not visited any doctor for last 4 yrs.I don't know how can they declare me medically not fit.I don't know what will happen next.Anybody having any information plz share on this blog and will we get job or not in IDBI after clearing re-medical

PO bnna hai to sales k targets to hote hi hain har jagah aajkal competition ka zamaana hai...sirf CASA ka hi nahin LI MF sab ka target hota hai but yes IDBI main thoda zayaada pressure hota hai...regardless of job profile waise to ye kaam RO ka hota hai but IDBI main sab ko yahi karna padta hai even if you are in operations...
