lot of M.B.B.S doctors of bihar waiting for P.H.C as contect basis why does govt. appoint the aush doctors in the place of M.B.B.S. If the govt. wants to give the facilities of other system of medicine then govt. should appoint saperately.Dr.M.S.Atique

I can't say why BHS Web site iz mum in the aforesaid matter?I thing if the situation will continue as such than a number of MBBS Doctors waiting for the Contractual Job in PHC may take shelter of West Bengal or U.P.& Bihar PHCs shall be occupied by Ayush Doctors only. This is a burning problem for East & West Champaran encouraging export of Doctors!!!

Is is surprising that how only 113 Doctors r managing 18 PHC & 30+80 (New) PHC OPD & EMERGENCY task?37 lacks population of West Champaran living in 5228 sq. kms area is really loading as only one Doctor is available to deel with all Healthcare problems of 33 thousand persons of the district!!
I think the vacancies should be expanded & opened for all Resident Doctors of district otherwise I fear that UP, WB and other Provinces will further drain MBBS Doctors by provinding them higher contractual salary.
West Bengal absorbed all Contracual MBBS Doctors & engaged them as regular WBSH MO in services worked for over 3 yrs. & still rearching for more Doctors to overcome the vast need.
May I request Hon. Health Minister, Health Director & Chairpersons of Bihar Health Society to look in the matter so that Bihar MBBS Doctors may get job by walk-in-interview without any delay.

SINCE OVER MONTHS I AM NOT GETTING ANY NOTICE IN THE AFORSAID MATTER. I AM INTERESTED TO JOIN PHC NEARBY MY NATIVE HOME "BETTIAH". It is interesting that I along with my friend faced interview last year in the BTH DM OFFICE but we refused the job offer as there was disparity in posting.Dr. Kavi Kumar
