பின்னர் மின்வாரிய ஊழியர்களை சிந்திக்க விட்டால் மீண்டும் அவர்கள் பண பலன் கேட்டு வேலை நிறுத்தம் செய்தால் என்ன செய்வது? என யோசித்து அதனால் இவர்களை யோசிக்கவே விடக் கூடாது என்பதற்காகவே...

மீண்டும் கையில் எடுத்த பணிதான் ஆதார்.

இதற்கும் மின் ஊழியர்கள் பல மன உளைச்சல்களிலும் தனது மாத ஊதியத்திலிருந்து குடும்பத்திற்கு செலவு செய்கிறோமோ இல்லையோ, வண்டிக்கு பெட்ரோல் அடித்துக் கொண்டு ஆதார் கார்டு இணைப்பதில் வாரிய பணியாளர்கள் மும்மரமானார்கள்.

எவ்வளவு மன உலைச்சல்கள் டிசம்பர் 31-க்குள் ஜனவரி 31-க்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டும், பிப்ரவரி 15-க்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டும், பிப்ரவரி -28க்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டும் என வாரியத் தலைவர் மூலமாக வாரியப் பணியாளர்களுக்கு அழுத்தம் கொடுத்தது.

வாரியத் தலைவரே இதெல்லாம் நியாயமா?. நிர்வாகம் நடத்தும் லட்சணம் இதுதானா?.

நீங்கள் படித்த ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் படிப்பில் இதைத்தான் கற்பித்தார்களா?.

கடும் மன உலைச்சலிலும் பிப்ரவரி 28-க்குள் ஆதார் அனைத்தையும் முடித்து சாதித்தார்கள் மின் ஊழியர்கள் .

இதற்கு இடையில் வாரிய தலைவர் தன் பங்குக்கு வீடியோ கான்பரன்சிங் வைத்து உயர் அதிகாரிகளை வாயால் வடைசுட்டு வசைபாடுவது.

மின் வாரிய பணியாளர்கள் இதற்கு முந்தைய ஆட்சியில் வேலையே செய்யாமல் தூங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்ததை போலவும்,

இந்த திமுக ஆட்சியிலும், இந்த வாரியத்தலைவரின் வருகைக்கு பின்னரே வாரியத்தில் பணி செய்ய வைப்பதாக நினைத்துக் கொண்டு உள்ள அமைச்சரும், தலைவரும் அவர்களே இது நியாயமா?.

ஒரு பக்கம் மின் ஊழியர்களுக்கு தாங்க முடியாத பணிச்சுமை.

மறுபக்கம் தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் உரிமையை கோரினால் எலும்புத் துண்டாக தொமுச செயலாளர் மூலம் இடமாறுதல், பணியிட மாற்றம் போன்றவைகளை மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு தொழிற்சங்கம் 4 முறை என கொள்ளை அடிப்பதில் கூட்டு வைத்தது.

அதையும் மீறி கூட்டுக் குழு போராட்டம் அறிவித்தால் தொழிற்சங்க அங்கீகாரத்தில் கை வைப்பேன் என மிரட்டுவது.

கூட்டுக் குழு தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் வாரியத் தலைவரை சந்தித்து கோரிக்கைகளை வைத்தால் செய்வதாக கூறிவிட்டு, அடுத்த நாளே புதியதாக Redeplyment உத்திரவுகளை வெளியிடுவது.

பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப கோரிக்கை வைத்தால் அடுத்த நாள் பணியிடங்களை குறைத்து வாரிய உத்தரவுகளை வெளியிடுவது.

மின்வாரிய தலைவரே எங்கள் கூட்டுக் குழு தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்களை பார்த்தால் எப்படி தெரிகிறது.
