How to Apply Online for Any Government Job?

Hi Friends, here we will discuss the common guidelines/procedure to filling up the application form on the internet for various jobs/positions in the Government departments like banks, railway, public service commission, SSC and UPSC. As you all know that now the procedure to apply for the posts in various Government departments are online, if it is not then they are deciding to get it online. So the candidates should aware of that or know all the technicalities and difficulties before apply online for any position whether it is for clerk or officer. A little mistake in the application may ruined your career and break your dream to do job in Government Sector. So, we decided to make very important guidelines with step by step procedure for our subscribers, readers, likers and for new visitors.

Firstly before applying, candidates must ensure that they have all eligibility documents, scanned passport size photograph and signature for the purpose of uploading on official website. The details are given below by ten different useful steps, so follow it step by step.

Fill by Self:

Candidates are suggested to fill the on-line application form with a lot of confidence. But remember the application form should fill only by the candidates himself as there are so formalities and queries in the application form

Read complete instructions:

The candidates should read the instructions related to eligibility and closing date of registration before going to fill application form. Usually, the instructions and guidelines has been given along with the application form. So, it is very important for candidates to read the complete guidelines as the instruction for each of the post may be different. The last date of registration and fees is very important for the candidates as sometime the last date of submission application offline and online is different.

Choose correct category:

Make sure that you are choosing the right category and position. Sometimes application form is for various posts and positions and you should carefully selected the position for which you would like to apply.

Personal detail:

Fill up all the column of application with required personal details. The information which you have entered must same as in the certificates. If there are some conflict between them they you should have proof of changing and legal compliance as required by the Government agency or department.

Fill all column:

Candidates must ensure that no column should be left blank. As all the columns are required to fill up by the candidates but sometime if the column is not belong to you then write N/A.

Valid email ID:

Always write your present address “or’ valid mobile number and email ID on application form for future communication because this address play very important role to receive your roll number, admit card and result. The email id should be valid and active till the date of receiving admit card and final selection. Most of the agencies and Government department send it by email.

Fill correct personal details:

Please clearly mention all additional details like your birth date, sex, age, citizenship, education records, qualification and other specifications. The information should be matched with your qualification certificate.

Scanning of signature & photograph:

Put up your scanned signature “or” thumb impression, passport size photograph at the required box of the application form. The procedure to scan of signature and photographs has been given in the instructions/guidelines issued in the advertisement. So we advice to the candidates that must read at least one time before going to scan any document.

Print-out the receipts:

After successfully filling in all respect, take two print out of duly filled application form for send it at the concerned offices and future reference. The print out should be from laser printer or inkjet printer or deskjet printer. Don’t use dot matrix printer as it is not valid by some of the Government department.

Clarify all doubts:

If any types of problem arise regarding filling any section of the application form, don’t be hesitate to ask from your seniors, teachers or friends but don’t write any meaningless entry because partially filled applications forms will be summarily rejected. Ask us also through comment form in any particular post, we will solve it within 24 hours.
